St Muredach’s College, Ballina, Co Mayo (RN: 64510J) – Heating Centre Upgrade Works

The works covered under this contract include the isolation, disconnection, removal and proper disposal of an existing “De-Dietrich” GT-409 sectional cast iron boiler unit (Boiler No 1), including the supply and installation of a new floor mounted Condensing Gas boiler /Burner Unit, including the alterations and additions to the existing main floor and return pipework connections to the main flow and return header, including the provision of a new twin wall stainless steel flue system from the new boiler (Boiler No 1) to roof level, including changing over the gas governor from Boiler No 1 to Boiler No 2, including some alterations and additions to the existing BMS system, testing and commissioning, including all associated builder’s attendances and electrical works, etc.
