Galway City Council is inviting Expressions of Interest (stage 1) for the development of lands at Castlegar, Co. Galway for the provision of mixed tenure housing.
The lands are located north of Galway City with the N83 Tuam Rd to South East and School Road . Main access to and from the site will be via the existing N83 Tuam Road and shall be consistent with the N6 GCRR designed strategic road corridor.
No major access will be allowed onto the Castlegar Road /School Road. Applicant who pass stage 1 will be invited to tender for stage 2.
