TR5004 - Panel for Prepaid Debit Cards and Gift Vouchers (QSQ)

Electricity Supply Board (ESB) is establishing a Qualification System (QSQ) to create a panel of suitably qualified suppliers for the provision of prepaid debit cards and multi‑merchant digital gift vouchers. The Qualification System will be structured across two Lots: Lot 1: Prepaid Debit Cards Lot 2: Multi‑Merchant Digital Gift Vouchers The QSQ will be used to pre‑qualify suppliers with the appropriate experience, capability and financial standing.
